i miss xanga like a mother. so 2006. New year, new start? except that its really not a new start, I mean the next day you're still the same you, there's no actual revelation or change in heart that will stay forever. So resolutions... although theyre rarely kept, theyre fun to make:
- be nice to my parents - be nice to people in general - don't fret too much about unfair stuff in life - get good grades - run fastER - somehow tell myself to grow taller - keep old friends, make new ones - fall head over heels for someone whos not illegal (ex. orlando bloom, feejos, etc...) - and violin and stuff... but those i always keep so no point in breaking them
This schoolyear as a freshman... must say highschool has been interesting so far. High school starts and BAM all of a sudden its college college do sports for college oh community service this that. not to mention the seemingly sudden attention of guys as in plural. Its been funny and I haven't always handled the situation the best way, but you know what... thanks.I feel pretty now. proves you don't have to be a total slut to get a guy interested. you can be funny and short and loud and that works just fine.
Umm what else. In the past year I have had a few firsts, not all that im proud of. But overall it was an okay year. The only thing was, it wasn't that great of a year overall for people. I mean, aftermath of the tsunami, earthquakes, hurricanes... dead people everywhere and we just watch from our television while eating dinner and say, "oh, thats horrible" and do not donate a cent to help. thats the real patheticness right there.
and right now i just thoguht i was content with everything but ... eh. stuff happens and i just ruined one of my resolutions. |
